The project “Women Youth Leadership in
Cultural Heritage Conservation and Tourism Promotion in Baltistan,” implemented by GBAHF, funded by GAC and supported by AKRSP under the project best4weer , empowered women and youth girls in Shigar, Kharmang and District Skardu through community mobilization, women-led heritage committees, capacity building, and tour guidetraining, fostering sustainable cultural preservation, women’s leadership, and community-based tourism promotion.
